Shipping and Handling
We ship to virtually all countries and territories. We take extra care in packaging and make sure that each piece is well protected both from other pieces in the same package as well as from external blows. Our packaging has been designed to exceed the 1 meter drop test, which is the international standard required for breakable products. All packages are brown or white cardboard.
All items are made to order, and are typically shipped within one month. Orders are shipped air express via EMS (Express Messenger Service), and are typically delivered within 10 business days from shipment. Shipping rates (per package) are the same for all countries and are approximately 7.5% of the order value. You will see the shipping charge during the checkout process.
Handling is $20 for all orders.

Insurance

Nevertheless, it is not impossible for breakage or loss to occur in unusual circumstances over which we have no control and for which we cannot be responsible. Our shipper will cover loss or damage of up to $100 per package. If you want to be even safer you may wish to consider insurance. We offer third party insurance as follows:
Insured amount: Full amount of invoice (including cost of product, insurance and shipping charges)
Maximum insured amount per package: $2,000
Premium: $50 per package
Risks covered: All risks
Deductible:
$100 (which is the amount covered by the shipper)
